Shipping & refund policy

Shipping

We roast to order and dispatch within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery across India usually takes 3–6 working days depending on your pincode. Shipping is free above the amount shown on our site; a flat fee applies to smaller orders. Tracking details are sent by email, WhatsApp and SMS as soon as your parcel ships.

Cash on delivery

COD is available on most pincodes for a small handling fee shown at checkout.

Damaged or wrong items

Coffee is a food product, so we cannot accept returns of opened packs. If your parcel arrives damaged, or you received the wrong coffee or grind, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For COD orders we refund by UPI or bank transfer.

Cancellations

You can cancel before your order is roasted and packed. Contact us as soon as possible with your order ID.
