Sri Durga Coffee Works ("we", "us"), 8-52, Subash Road, Opp. Clock Tower, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh 515001, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you order: your name, mobile number, email, delivery address and order details. Payments are processed by our payment gateway (Cashfree or Razorpay); we never see or store your card or UPI details. When you contact us: the details you type into the form.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, and to send order confirmations and tracking updates by email, WhatsApp and SMS. If you tick the consent boxes at checkout, we will also send occasional offers and fresh-roast alerts on the channels you chose.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the shop: our payment gateway, Cashfree or Razorpay (payments), Shiprocket and its courier partners including India Post (delivery), our email provider, Meta WhatsApp Business and our SMS provider. We never sell your data.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent for offers any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, by replying STOP on WhatsApp, or by contacting us. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data; we keep order records only as long as required by tax and accounting law.

Security

Our website uses HTTPS and access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff.
